DELIVERIES TO HOSPITALS
1 - Patients repeatedly move from ward to ward or are discharged.

3- The hospital does not consent to drivers to take flora to the woods unswervingly.
4- They will be transport at the greeting area of the venue.
5- Some hospitals do not permit flowers to be set aside by patients.
So please make sure all these parameters before placing an order with us.
DELIVERIES FOR SYMPATHY OR TO FUNERALS
1- Kindly notify us one day to go forward
2- Kindly make in no doubt the name of the dead and the funeral director are both built-in
3- If flora are not conventional, we will not be available for repayment the cost of the bunch.
DELIVERIES TO WEDDING HALL/ MARRIAGE POLICY
1- In this delivery, the bride and groom are NOT being delivered the gifts as they are NOT easily accessible by the hotel staff.

1- DELIVERY TO HOTELS
In this particular case, we prefer to deliver the gifts in the Reception area. If the guest or the receiver are NOT available, the refund of the parcel will not be entertained. For the smoothest delivery, kindly provide us the full details of the hotels in these parameters like:
1- Full address of the hotel
2- Room no.
3- Telephone no. of the hotel
4- Telephone no. of the recipient
2- SPECIFIC TIME DELIVERIES
We try our best to deliver the parcel in a specific delivery slot to the receiver. But if, due to some foreseen events like traffic jam, etc. the extra amount taken for the “Specific time schedule” extra money will be refunded. 15 minute grace period is always expected from our end.
3- INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International deliveries are our unique and best parameters that makes us best among the rest.
1- Please supply clear addresses, city, state, zip code and other facts.
2- Every gifts to incorrect address may not be delivered and you will be asked for the identity.
3- In case the gift has to be re-delivered, normal re-delivery accuse will be levied.

4- OTHER PRODUCTS
We deal win many other products as well like Cake, Chocolates, Cookies or other edible products. We are not a manufacturer of all these products. We have a team of brilliant and more experienced vendors.
We offer different kind of packaging AND design each time we make deliveries. They are entirely depends on time to time and place to place.
5 - For delivery at Remote Locations and Towns
Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, all the orders received by 2 p.m. would be delivered on next day between 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Deliveries are made on Sundays only for Express Deliveries.
No deliveries would be done on National Holidays. The delivery of the same would be done on the next working day. In case of floods/ heavy rains/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/ traffic jams/ festival times/regulated traffic movements or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order etc. Floral India reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only ONCE at the address as provided in the order received by Floral India. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever not attributable to Floral India, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by Floral India. The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:
1 Delivery not done due to wrong address.
2 Recipient not available.
3 Premises locked.
4 Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting / not reachable.
5 Recipient refused the products.
6 Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighborhood.
7 Please note that flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location. Floral India will not entertain any complaint for such items after days from the time of delivery.
8 The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
9 We can’t commit a time for the delivery.
10 Correct and elaborate address and contact number is must of the recipient for placing the order.
11 Cancellation will not be accepted on special occasions.
12 Cancellation on regular days will be accepted before 24 Hours of delivery, else will not be accepted.
13 Perishable products like cakes cannot be cancelled once placed
14 Fresh Flower cancellation will not be accepted once order is arranged or processed for delivery.
15 Refund or replacement are possible with proofs of mistake of florist or delivery boy.
