1) CANCELLATION/ CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please call us at +91 9910200043 or email us at email@example.com. Please note any changes in the order must be made at least 24hrs. in advance prior to the dispatch. Although we will endeavour to make amendment request that we receive after the time limit, we cannot guarantee, we shall be able to make the changes.
Any cancellation request should be made atleast 24 hrs( for domestic) and 48 hrs (for international) in advance. orders placed or cancelled after our office has closed 9p.m. or on a bank holiday will be treated as having been received on the next working day. All orders placed for deliverycannot be amended once they are being " processing".
Please note that once order is in "processing" , cancellation is possible only in exceptional circumstances and is entirely at our discretion.
On special occsions like valentine's day, Mothers Day etc. all changes should be made atleast 48 hrs in advance as we are exceptionlly busy. After this we shall not guarantee that we will be able to make the changes.
Since Flowers, cakes, chocolates and other edible items are perishable products, any complaints made after 24hrs. will not be catered to.
Gift items like bags, wallets, toys etc are dispatched through courier, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
3) REFUNDS/ DAMAGE FLOWERS
Although we try our best to ensure all the times that this doesnot happen. On some occasions flowers arrive at there destination damaged or due to anu unforeseen delivery issue. If it hapeens please contact us immediately, so we can arrange one of the following:
- Resend on the next availabl delivery date
- A full or partial refund(% refund depends on the specific circumstance of the issue)
Typically we will not offer both a refund or resend. Where flowers have been damaged we will normally ask for them o be returned or for photogradh clearly showing the problem, so we can determine what is going wrong with our system and to claim compensation from our courier. It is important that we are conatcted as soon as possible regarding issues. We need to be informed within 24hrs of delivery to give us the best chance to resolve the issue. In case of vase or ballon should arrive damaged or be missing, we are unable to resend that item, will refund its value.
If we believe there has been abuseof our 100% satisfaction guarantee/damaged flower policy or if there are persisted claims from an individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to resend flowers and refuse to take aorders from the customer. If we make our deceission, we will inform the customer our decission via mail or over the phone. It is important that this guarantee doesnot confer automatic right to 100% refund, but to only a fair resolution.
4) SMALL ERRORS
from time to time, there are small human errors made( for instance message card goes astray or message card is missing). In such a circumstances, we do our best to make the stituation right for the customer. In case there is substantial difference in bouquetd ordered and delivered, we request a photograph to judge the situation. We may at our discretion offer a partial refund or give a discount in future order. In case message card is not received, 100% refund will not be given, as the customer has received significantvalue in terms of flowers. We would make an appropriate compensation.
5) SHELL LIFE OF FLOWERS
Our flowers are incrediblily fresh and ut most care is taken till they are being delivered.Each flowers have different shell life depending upon the weather condition and care. In many cases they are not fully open and mistaken of poor quality. But this shows how fresh they are. The Flowers will quickly bloom at room temperature and will give pleasure for many days if cared properly.
6) FRADULENT BEHAVIOUR/ DUPLICATE ORDER
If we beleive the order may be fradulent in nature, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the funds. We are under no obligations to reveal why we believe so.
If we receive duplicate order or two identical bouquet is ordered, we may cancel one and refund the same.
7) SPECIAL OFFERS & PROMOTIONAL CODES
At our discretion from time to time, we may offer promotional codes or at discounted prices. A special offeror promotional code cannot be used in conjuction with other special offers or promotional code.
In event that a customer has purchased a product and the price of the same falls due to some reason, then the price of the poduct at the time of purchase will prevail. we are unable to offer special discount or apply promotional codes for purchase that has already been made.
Free items are subjected to availablilty and should it arise, we reserve the right to offer an alternative at our discretion or offer no replacement.

ANY CONTENT DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DOWNLOADED AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR MOBILE DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM SUCH DOWNLOAD OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
